Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree

How the heck are ya?

Busy getting ready for Christmas, huh?

Yup, so are we...  See?

Liam helped Mommy decorate the tree this year.  He was assigned the very important job of putting the unbreakable ornaments on the bottom of the tree.  And only some of them are all on the same branch!

Daddy asked for a smile.  This is what he got.

Matchy-matchy.

This may be Liam's favorite ornament.  You know, along with the pandas and the rocking horses and the BOAT and...

"I think this tree needs about 8 more ornaments riiiiight here."

"Pie" = "Five"

We told Liam when he pooped in his potty chair he could have five pieces of candy.

"Pie?  Pie?"  he would say to us, as he held up 5 fingers.

"No, not until you poop in your potty chair," we would answer.

This morning he got 5 pieces of candy.

Moral support

Sometimes a Momma needs a little moral support.

And then a little more.

Mommy's Little Helper

How is it Daddy had so much trouble helping Liam make cookies?  Mommy and Liam made lunch on Wednesday, and this was the magnificent result:

Whole wheat wheat germ pancakes with fresh blackberries and hand-whipped cream!

Liam helped mix the ingredients, washed and dried (and snuck a few of) the blackberries, and held the bowl while Mommy whipped the cream.
